04 / FAQ

Questions, answered

How dark can I legally tint my car in Texas?+

Texas allows 25% VLT or lighter on front side windows, with any darkness on the rear of most vehicles and a 5-inch windshield strip. We help you choose a legal shade before we cut a thing.

Do you serve the whole Greater Houston area?+

Yes. Our shop is on Capitol St in Houston's East End, and we handle vehicles and homes from Katy to Baytown and Spring to Pearland.

How long does window tinting take?+

Most cars are done in two to four hours. Homes depend on the amount of glass — we give you a firm window when we quote.

Will ceramic tint really keep my car cooler?+

Ceramic film rejects a large share of infrared heat, so your cabin cools faster and stays cooler through a Houston August, even in lighter shades.
